Gilgen Kwikroll is a range of high speed vertical rolling fabric doors for low security and internal or external applications. They are always supplied with power operation for automated use and are specifically designed for vehicle flow solutions to enable frequent use and minimize environmental exchange.A fully transparent curtain which ensures safe transport routes and good visual contact from distance.Application:Normal traffic flow situations both inside and outside with maximum visual contact from afar (maximum size 6000 mm wide x 5000 mm high).Curtain thickness:Fully transparent: 4.0 mm with RED safety stripesSpeed ( open – close) options :0.8/ 0.8 m/s.* 1.0/ 0.5 m/s.1.5/ 0.8 m/s.* Max size restricted to 3500 mm wide x 3500 mm high.Wind protection: Aluminium wind protection profiles – DINEN 12424 – Class 3 (with two wind protectors – up to 60 Km/ h).Components: A selection of drive and control systems, flexible curtain fabrics and compositions are offered to suit different applications. Electric operation is with a range of motors and controls for both 240v single phase and 400v 3 phase supplies. A comprehensive range of vehicle detectors, hand transmitters, receiver units, push-button controls, key switches, photocells, signal lights and digital control units are also available as alternatives or in addition to the standard control units. Alternatively active presence sensors can be used above the door head to provide threshold safety zones.
