Roller shutters providing security solutions to shop front entrances, windows, doorways, bar counters, garages and other high risk situations. They are available as either manually or electronically operated and a range of curtain and accessory options are available. The shutters include a shutter curtain, a roller barrel to house the curtain, end plates to support the roller barrel assembly and side guide channels.Finish:Aluminium: One coat primer with one coat silver hammer gloss.Fleur-de-lys: White injection moulded plastic.Galvanized steel: Natural.Other finishes can be applied by special order, such as powder coating to any BS or RAL colour, a plastisol finish to one side from the HSP200 range or galvanized aluminium curtains. Carbon steel 'flag-post' design guide assemblies are fixed vertically to the structure surrounding the aperture to support the roller barrel assembly, housing an internally fitted, single phase, 240 V AC motor. A manual override hand crank facility is available in the event of a power failure.- Manual, self coiling:For smaller apertures where the door is open or closed a limited number of times a day. The curtain of the door is manually raised, assisted by counter balancing springs within the roller barrel assembly. Carbon steel 'flag-post' design guide assemblies are fixed vertically to the structure surrounding the aperture to support the roller barrel assembly onto which the roller shutter curtain is secured.
